TASTING NOTES
Anapea Village is a producer of traditionally styled Georgian wines. They farm organically without harmful chemicals and make their wines with no added sulfur. All of their wines ferment in clay amphora, qvevri, which are buried underground. This wine is macerated on the skins for six months and then spends an additional six months aging off the skins. Stunning aromas of pineapple, apricots, and guava compliment its medium bodied, concentrated and distinctly dry palate. Orange wine at its finest! -Importer's Notes
