TASTING NOTES
This Georgian orange has an eye-catching amber hue which is the result of two weeks of skin contact during fermentation in qvevri. It has aromas of dried fruits, citrus and herbal undertones, alongside hints of floral and spice. A rich, textured mouthfeel reveals layers of apricots, nuts, tea leaves, leather and a touch of minerality with a lingering finish. Pair this complex orange with cheese stuffed breads (khachapuri), soup dumplings or eggplant rolls (nigvziani badrijani).
