Bernaví founders Marco, Ruth & Gino are three people with a single passion: wine. They are artisans interpreting the terroir of the Terra Alta, following winemaking traditions that are partly Italian and partly Catalan, just like them. Their farming respects the balance of the vineyard ecosystem by planting cover crops that bring life to the soil. This white blend has beckoning aromas with scents of honeysuckle, pear and green apple in the glass as flavors of lime peel, honeydew and Asian pear tantalize the palate lingering with a bit of salty minerality. This Catalonian wine calls for coconut curries, chicken satay or baked zucchini.
