TASTING NOTES
Beykush Winery is located in the village of Chornomorka in the Mykolaiv region on the peninsula of Cape Beykush. The vineyards are influenced on one side by the Berezan estuary and on the other by the Beikush Bay where the winds create a natural air conditioner significantly reducing the risk of fungal vine disease. This Ukrainian blend has bright, aromatic scents of fragrant apples, honey dew and white flowers. Rich with stone fruit flavors, notes of citrus, white pepper and hints of almond dance across the palate. Pair this white with seafood dishes, salads or light bites before dinner.
