This orange pét nat ferments on the skins for four weeks in amphora, then rest in stainless steel tanks. Aromas and flavors of orange blossom, quince, candied ginger and white fleshed stone fruit intertwine with fragrant florals, a dose of salinity and gentle bubbles on the palate. Sip this with empanadas de atún, roasted sweet potato salad with tahini dressing or just catching up with friends.
