Jérôme Bourgeois-Diaz is a 4th generation vigneron who has been making some of the most compelling Champagne in Crouttes-sur-Marne, on the banks of the Marne River halfway between Paris and Reims. He is deeply committed to biodynamic farming -no pesticides, no chemical fertilizers, no violence – the vines are not just tended, they are loved.
The Cuvée Trois Cépages is made to reflect all terroirs and grapes at the domaine. It has a delicate, youthful exuberance followed by a more complex, ordered finish with fresh baked biscuits, lemon curd, Asian pear and marzipan with a perfect balance of fruit and minerality.
