75% Cabernet Sauvignon & 25% Merlot
Buccia Nera is an organic family farm in the small village of Campriano, Tuscany, managed by third generation sisters Anastasia, Alessia and Roberta Mancini and their mother Patrizia. Their father Amadio is the vineyard manager while Anastasia’s husband, Sandro Nalli, is the head winemaker. This beguiling Tuscany blend is lively and medium-bodied with good acidity and notes of cherries, dark plums, licorice and subtle hints of leather and spice. Because of the well-balanced tannins, it pairs well with red meat, roasted lamb and aged cheeses.
