TASTING NOTES
This Châteauneuf-du-Pape has a beautiful texture with very fine but abundant tannin. It has scents of ripe red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant) with a hint of vanilla bean. Powerful and complex, it reveals flavors of black cherry, anise, dried herbs, black pepper and dark cocoa on a soft, silky background. It would be ideal with a lamb shoulder in Provence herbs, grilled beef or a mushroom loaf.
