Tinta Nacional

TASTING NOTES
'Duas Vinhas', 'Two Vineyards' in English, is another stunning wine from producer Antonio Pereira. Made with organically grown Tinta Nacional, a rare, indigenous variety, Pereira's wines are full of deep colors and rich flavors. With a slight effervescence by nature, your nose is tickled by stewed plums, leather reins and raspberries. On the palate, your tongue is pleasantly overwhelmed by notes of dates, ash and blueberries, followed by rich, dusty tannins. Pair this wine with Portuguese fish stew, white bean salad, or even a steak and kidney pie.
