This full bodied red has intense aromas of black cherries, clove, pepper and herbs. After spending a year in used oak barrels, the palate reveals layers of black plum, spiced raspberries, leather, licorice and light oak. A great, bold winter red, serve this fella with stuffed aubergine, meatball sandwiches or beef stew.
