The Unearthed Pinot Noir is made from grapes sourced throughout the Central Coast region of California. Cooled by Pacific wind and fog, the fruit ripens slowly and evenly creating wines with bright flavors, balanced acidity and velvety textures. This quaffable red expresses fragrant aromas of black cherry and spring violets with plush plum flavors, earthy undertones and lightly toasted oak on the end. Pairs well with just about anything but we suggest duck breast with pomegranate-citrus glaze, curried lentils or roasted beef tenderloin.
