McLaren Vale, South Australia, Australia
95% Shiraz & 5% Barbera
Wit's End vineyard sits on a creek that has been depositing shale for over a millennia. Today the land consists of two distinct soils. A red loam which helps produce fruit with blackberry and raspberry flavors, and a black clay which produces dark purple fruit with thick skins, leading to wines with licorice and violet aromas. Their Shiraz champions these characteristics all while remaining balanced and silky. This wine would pair wonderfully with a mushroom bruschetta, Peking duck or roasted pork dishes.

51% Nebbiolo, 28% Tinta Cão, 15% Touriga Nacional & 6% Tannat
This medium bodied blend has dark fruit aromas laced with olives and herbs. Dark cherries, fennel and bay leaf dance in your mouth ending with blackberry, spice and dry soft tannins. Delightful to drink on its own but well matched with charcuterie and good friends.
