The Cerdon de Bugey by Renardat Fâche is a modestly sweet sparkling Rosé made from Gamay and Poulsard grapes using the Méthode Ancestral (no added yeast or sugar). Located in the foothils of Jura between Lyon and Geneva, this delicate sparkler has red berry-scented notes and makes a delicious aperitif or dessert wine (even goes well with chocolate).
