"They call me the working man, I guess that's what I am." Redbyrd Orchard is the brainchild of Eric Shatt and Deva Maas, both of whom have a history of winemaking in this beautiful region of New York. After many years of hard work, both found their calling growing apples and producing ciders, and now they are proud to share them with us. This cider contains a wonderful bouquet of orange peel, honey comb, and Palo Santo, and boasts alluring flavors of apple (duh) as well as lemongrass, wet stone, and pomelo. Pair this bone dry beauty with shrimp risotto, smothered pork chops, or your favorite charcuterie board.
