"Tiny bubbles, In the wine, Make me happy, Make me feel fine." Started by two friends in 2013, Fossil & Till are a natural wine producer that are starting to make quite a stir in the world of wine. Using a minimalist approach to wine making, the duo uses only native yeasts with no added sugar, acids, enzymes or sulphites. This Pet-Nat has an intoxicating aroma of grapefruit, baguette, and pear gliding into flavors of nectarine, orange and lemon grass. Pair this sparkling Riesling with fried chicken, raw oysters, or even shortbread cookies.
