TASTING NOTES
89pts - Wine Enthusiast
"A broad swatch of strawberry fruit coats the palate, then comes into focus with peppery highlights. Aged 11 months in French oak, this shows more fruit than toast, and is already drinking nicely."
90pts - James Suckling
"An array or dried roses and subtly sappy, spicy red fruit, leads to a palate that has a very smooth and even-paced, gently grainy, ripe-cherry core. Drink now."

TASTING NOTES
The Averaen opens with aromatic plumes of red fruits and earth – spiced raspberry and macerated strawberry aromas are blackened by sappy/maple tones and elevated by fresh-cut flowers, cardamom and sanguine notes. A lively and explosive entry of summer berries gives way to a decked-out mid-palate wrapping the red-blue berry character around a generous core of sage, allspice and licorice. Tightly knit layers of fruit, earth and oak & stem derived tannins provide a long, electrifying finish. -Importer's Notes

TASTING NOTES
Wow, that's a lot of grapes. We know the name "Bring It" sounds intimidating however; we believe winemaker Joe Swick has brought it with this field blend. What is a field blend wine you ask? A field blend is a wine in which more than one grape variety is planted together in the same vineyard and all the grapes are then harvested at the same time and fermented together. This velvety blend entices the nostrils with hints of blackberries, tobacco and eucalyptus. On the palate this wine showcases beautiful flavors of plum, raspberries and slight mint that give way to smooth tannins. Pair this wine with a grilled rib-eye, fried sweet potato patties or chicken empanadas.
