Jérémie Mourat has winemaking in his blood. Jérémie's father, Jean, first purchased this lovely Loire vineyard in 1974, but his family has a history of winemaking that dates back to the 1700s. After working under his father, Jérémie took over the vineyard and in 2000 turned it completely organic. A wonderful perfume of honeycomb, papaya, and lemon peel awaken the nostrils while flavors of honeycrisp apple and grapefruit are washed with a hint of sea salt and limestone. Pair this with sweet and sour shrimp, roasted mushroom alfredo, or a pear tart.
