TASTING NOTES
Young winemaker, Cristian Boffa, was born and raised in La Morra from a family of winemakers and farmers. A region is known for softer, ethereal and more aromatic Barolo, this nebbiolo has a delicate nose with scents of red fruits, rose petal, red poppy and orange blossom. The palate is elegant and approachable with elements of crushed strawberry, raspberry, spice, mushroom, forest floor, mint and tobacco with soft tannin. Fragrant and haunting, this Barolo would be a lovely companion to mushroom risotto, pan-seared salmon or roasted root vegetables.
