The Vineyard Select is beautifully aromatic, with intense aromas of pomegranate, black cherry, and raspberry, mixed with hints of cassis, chocolate, and slight peppery spice. It has a lush, lively texture with lovely raspberry and pomegranate fruit, bright acidity to balance the sweet fruit flavors, black pepper and clove spice, and a long, lively finish of pomegranate and hints of licorice and cocoa. It’s the perfect wine to complement a wide range of foods—from lighter fare to pastas, to grilled meats and rich stews or penne with fennel sausage & lemon, herb-spiced meatloaf and tandori chicken. -Winemaker's Notes
