Dry, complex and a little juicy, aromas of orange blossom, apricots, spring flowers and white peach awaken the senses. The palate is beautifully layered with stone fruits, beeswax, citrus and a generous mouthfeel with a little weight and texture. Serve this versatile white with seared tuna with a spicy Thai sauce, squash and zucchini linguine with goat cheese or crab salad with ginger and dried orange peel.
