TASTING NOTES
The cuvee “Gras Moutons” is produced on a hilltop overlooking the river Maine in the village of St Fiacre. It has 9 months of extended lees contact and offers floral and mineral aromas with notes of pear, green apple, citrus zest and dried herbs. The palate is lively with a beautiful iodized dimension and a clean and fresh finish with lingering saline notes that will perfectly accompany your meal from aperitif to cheese. It is also an ideal partner of fish, poultry and slightly spicy Asian cuisine.
