Grown in a remote section of California's northern wine country, this Anderson Valley Pinot is a soft, subtle take on the world famous varietal. Cool, coastal air breezes in from the Pacific, which helps the fruit age without over-ripening. The result is a soft, sublime Pinot that exudes scents of sandalwood, cherry and citrus peel. It's medium-bodied on the palate, with lovely strawberry and rhubarb notes, a hint of earth and a firm, focused tannic finish. Pair this elegant pinot with roasted duck or pork tenderloin.
