TASTING NOTES
After studying and working with top winemakers in Spain, Esmeralda García returned to her hometown in 2012 to manage her family's ancient Verdejo vineyards. The vines, some over 200 years old, survived phylloxera due to the region’s sandy, wind-blown soils, producing low yields with concentrated flavors. This wine is made from grapes sourced from four high-altitude sites around Santiuste de San Juan Bautista, offering a Pueblo wine that beautifully reflects the local terroir. This is not your typical Verdejo! Citrusy, creamy and complex, this wine is sure to delight and surprise with ripe pineapple, citrus and toasted coconut.
