TASTING NOTES
Sutter Ranch Vineyard is located deep in the delta in the southern most part of the Clarksburg AVA where the wind howls through the vineyard bringing cool marine air that tempers the summer heat. This beautiful Chenin has layers of apple, pineapple and pomelo notes with hints of honeysuckle and ginger on a mineral background with a gentle creaminess. It's rich but dry and would be delicious with roasted chicken dishes or pork chops with baked apples.
