Since 2004, Hwanggeum Bori has relentlessly pursued making premium barley soju. They have earned recognition for the quality of their soju and for supporting local farmers. Hwanggeum Bori decided to take on the surplus of quality barley to create premium soju. Barley soju is not common in Korea yet this producer made an assiduous effort to make an outstanding product. The White Label is 100% sustainably grown heirloom golden barley that has been proofed down to 17% ABV for an approachable Soju. It is light and refreshing with crisp plum notes and a snappy gingerbread finish. It is best enjoyed chilled straight or on the rocks.
