This citrusy New York gin is distilled in small batches in Greenport Long Island. The Five Flower is an aromatic gin that accents the earthy quality of the flowers with the familiar juniper and citrus in the background. It is infused with 12 botanicals including marigold, chamomile, elderflower, lavender and jasmine as well as the traditional juniper, coriander and angelica root but with bee pollen added to give body and texture. Try it in a martini or sour cocktails and fizzes.
Jon Langley and Lucky Preksto are longtime New York City bartenders who met in 2009. In 2020, they began developing recipes for botanical spirits in Jon’s kitchen. Ever optimistic, they formed January Spirits that same year and came to market in New York in the spring of 2023.
