TASTING NOTES
La Giustiniana, founded in the 1200s by Cistercian monks, is Gavi’s most historic estate, and its location in Rovereto di Gavi is at the very heart of Piedmont’s most famous white wine appellation. This textural white has captivating aromas of green apple and lime peel with flavors of ripe pear, citrus and apple with floral and herbaceous notes and salty, stony undertones. It shines with fish and light pastas or sipped as an aperitif.

"Evoking a rugged landscape where wet rock meets delicate white flowers like an edelweiss. This Gavi offers the same contrast: flinty yet fragrant. Green apple and lemon burst onto the palate, delivering a zesty, invigorating experience. Fresh and lively, it's like a crisp breeze on a sundrenched day, leaving you refreshed and wanting more."
