Land of Saints is a collaboration between three friends with four different cultures under one California sun. This Central Coast Pinot Noir was harvested and vinified from three different sites, Edna Valley, Arroyo Grande and the Santa Maria Valley. It is fresh and juicy with notes of red berry fruits, crushed flowers, forest floor, clove and spice. It finishes bright and long with just a hint of salinity and will pair deliciously with salmon off the grill or a filet mignon with a mushroom ragout.
