Bárbara Monteiro and her team at Mainova use sustainable practices in their vineyards and olive groves, resulting in fertile land that produces fresh wines from Alentejo. The Curtimenta undergoes 3 days of skin contact after being hand-harvested by moonlight to preserve fruit quality. It offers aromas of candied orange blossoms and stone fruit, with flavors of ripe peach, orange zest, and light tannins, leading to a lingering finish. This wine pairs well with Mediterranean dishes or fresh seafood.
