Miyakobijin Shuzō is located on Awajishima (Awaji Island), a place referred to in ancient Japanese texts as a land of abundance. Master brewer, Tōji Yamauchi Kunihiro is known for making sake with earthy, ricey tones which gives depth and complexity to his sake. The 'Yoigokochi' Sake is slow brewed with freshly pressed, completely unfiltered and additive-free yuzu juice and a bit of sugar. It's an intoxicating sip of fresh squeezed lemon and earthy sake that is marvelously balanced between sweet and sour. Imbibe this one with friends over the rocks or with a splash of soda or even in cocktails. It screams "summer time fun!"
