TASTING NOTES
In the cool hills of Irpinia, between Avellino and Benevento, close to the town of Taurasi, Passo delle Tortore was conceived in 2012 by 5 friends whose goal was to strengthen the ties with their land and produce world class wines in an often overlooked region. Delicate floral aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom give complexity and elegance to an alluring nose while lush, vibrant flavors of white peach, pineapple and pear glide over the palate with a lingering finish of honeyed citrus, hazelnut and crushed minerals. This lovely fiano would grace any dinner table serving roasted lemon herb chicken, seafood risotto or Thai curry.
