This unoaked Nero di Troia stitches together fragrant notes of violet intertwining with hints of blackberry and dark cherry. Soft tannin frames flavors of cherry, plum and blackberry along with dried florals and spice leading to a silky finish with a hint of almond. To be sipped and enjoyed with legume soups, gnocchi with Bolognese or grilled sausage.
