Farmed biodynamically and grown in the cooler climates of the Mendocino region, Poco à Poco offers aromas of lemon zest, fresh cut apple and honeyed flowers in the glass. Zesty flavors of citrus and a hint of honeysuckle combine with moderate French oak lending a creamy texture and a dry lingering finish. The balanced acidity and stoney minerality of this Chardonnay can cut through rich seafood dishes, creamy pastas or poached fish in butter sauce. This is a great Chard at a great price!
