TASTING NOTES

Fresh and lightly textured from a couple of days of skin contact, this baby orange has aromas of white florals, citrus peel and ripe stone fruit. The palate shows layers of quince, orange marmalade and dried apricot with a nip of grip balanced by a saline, mineral edge and a clean, gently savory finish. Enjoy this refreshing sipper with tempura shrimp, grilled chicken salad or just on its own.
