TASTING NOTES
Arzilla farm is located between Pesaro and Fano, just above the hills overlooking the Adriatic. The vineyard is managed manually with low yields and they do not use chemical additives, industrial yeasts or fertilizer. Instead, they use organic substances to nourish the land that comes exclusively from the cutting of wild herbs and shredded prunings. The Molo Di Levante is a tasty tropical paradise -ripe stone fruit, pineapple, tea leaf and mandarin blossom all emerge on a delicate strawberry background with a delicious pineapple finish. This is one to savor!
