TASTING NOTES

Vibrant and crisp, this Tuscan white blend is bursting with flavors of fresh citrus zest, green apple, white peach and wild Mediterranean herbs, balanced by a snappy acidity and a clean, saline finish. It's light-bodied and energetic and its lively acidity makes it a tasty pairing with spaghetti alle vongole, or try it with a Tuscan inspired platter of pecorino, fresh fava beans, prosciutto and crusty bread drizzled with olive oil.
