TASTING NOTES

Pineau d'Aunis is a unique and lesser-known grape variety, mostly found in the Loire Valley of France. It's known for producing light, fresh wines with distinct peppery, spicy flavors, often with a touch of floral and herbal notes. The Sergent Pepper has light crunchy red fruit with hints of white pepper mixed with strawberry and raspberry, dried florals and vibrant acidity.
