Anne Collard fulfilled her dream of owning vines in the Rhône Valley when she purchased 30 hectares in 2019. Immediately, she began to convert the rocky and steep landscape to organic and biodynamic farming. Rock, Paper, Scissors is a juicy chillable red with a short maceration period that results in light, waxy tannin. This fruit-forward wine is definitely a crowd-pleaser, and would be a great addition to any gathering.
