This Chardonnay is sourced from different plots across the Côte de Beaune, including areas near Meursault and Pommard. It has aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers, layered with a gentle hint of hazelnut and wet stone. The palate is fresh and lively, showing crisp citrus, orchard fruit and a subtle creaminess that rounds the edges without feeling heavy. A vein of minerality carries through to the finish lending both lift and a snap of salinity. Pair this white with baked fish, roasted chicken or fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp.
