TASTING NOTES

Sparkling wine needs no introduction but this riesling pét-nat is a fizzy, refreshing bottle - pleasantly yeasty with both savory notes and hints of lime and ripe yellow peaches. On the palate there is a finesse to the mousse, which mingles nicely with the wine’s fruitiness. Started in barrel and finished in bottle, the effervescence comes from one fermentation that happened in two places.
