This Barbera d'Asti opens with fragrant aromas of red fruit, spice, fresh tilled earth and a hint of cocoa. On the palate it shows juicy plum, dark cherry and prune, framed by the variety's signature acidity and low tannin. Full-bodied with an enveloping texture, it pairs beautifully with hearty, fatty fare like braised meats or tagliatelle with a slow-cooked beef.
