TASTING NOTES

Bernard Vallette and Agnès Clamens pour love and care into their biodynamically farmed vineyards, believing that the most important part of the wine's journey takes place there. Building harmonious balance in the fields and cellar, these low intervention wines are aged comparitively longer than most, resulting in a refined and delightful palate bursting with red and black fruits, baking spice, and supple tannins. You can pair this with some Mediterranean style grilled fare, but it's just as good on it's own.
