TASTING NOTES
The Rabatiere is a bright, juicy and wonderfully thirst-quenching Loire red. Made from 100% Pineau d’Aunis, it’s light on its feet, with crunchy red berries, wild strawberry and a subtle peppery spice. It sees a short carbonic maceration, giving the wine plenty of fresh fruit and a silky, barely-there tannin profile. Fresh, precise and effortlessly drinkable, with just enough structure and tension to keep you coming back for another sip.
