This is a bright, fresh and effortlessly approachable red that delivers plenty of character without heavy tannin. Made from a field blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Sagrantino, the grapes are hand-harvested and co-fermented with wild yeasts to preserve the natural freshness of the wine. The palate is vibrant and juicy with notes of ripe blackberry, pomegranate, spice, wild herbs and a lively, refreshing finish. Pair this rustic blend with beef enchiladas or a mushroom burger.
