This is an unfiltered blend from ex European BMX champion, now wine guru, Jochen Beurer. Deeply committed to biodynamic viticulture, Beurer has been a leading voice both for serious biodynamic farming and for making wines that express structure, minerality and drinkability in the Württemberg region. In der Luft (in the air) has tantalizing flavors of white pear, quince blossom and green mango, layered with subtle herbaceous whispers and a clean citrus edge. It's a crisp, dry and refreshing and would be a great grab for Sunday brunch with quiche Lorraine or eggs Florentine.
