TASTING NOTES

This light-bodied Spanish red bursts with bright flavors of red berries, sour cherry and fresh wildflowers with crunchy tannin and subtle flinty undertones. It's an easy sipper and can be enjoyed with small bites and cured meats like tinned seafood in escabeche, richer Spanish charcuterie such as Jamón Ibérico, chorizo or salchichón.
