Mistela is a traditional Peruvian fortified wine made by adding grape spirit (pisco) to must before fermentation. Bodega Murga's version use their own pisco and Creole grapes, creating sweet, aromatic, high-alcohol wines that honor tradition while using natural methods.
It reveals inviting aromas of red fruit compote, warm spices, black raisins and prunes. The palate is sweet and well balanced with seamlessly integrated alcohol. The flavors mirror the aromatic profile, creating a harmonious and straightforward expression with a short finish.
