TASTING NOTES

This beloved multi-varietal blend comes from the reclamation of mixed field blends that contain local grape varieties on the verge of disappearing entirely. It has scents of dried Italian herbs mixed with ripe red fruit brimming in the glass. The palate followes with fresh and fruity notes of cherries, leather, vanilla and a hint of oak. This is a easy drinking wine with soft tannin and can be imbibed just on it's own.
