This expressive red has profound aromas of wild, red and black fruits with hints of licorice and eucalyptus. A robust palate explodes with flavors of cherry, black currant and blackberry, accompanied by floral notes of violet and subtle notes of dried herbs and spices. The balanced combination of ripe fruit, fresh acidity and well-integrated tannin calls for grilled meats, fajitas or aged hard cheeses.
