In response to the widespread replacement of old vineyards with high-yield international varieties, Alberto Pedrón established Bodegas y Viñedos Sentencia as away to rescue the land that had been tended by his family for generations. Made primarily from Bobal, this medium-bodied red blend offers floral aromas and subtle notes of baking spice. The palate reveals ripe red berries and blackberries layered with earthy tobacco and bright acidity. A perfect companion to paella.
